BOOKING POLICY


Advance Booking
All sessions must be booked in advance using the scheduling platform. Once you book a session, you'll receive a confirmation email with details about your session including date, time, video call link, and what to expect. 

Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made on my website with any major credit or debit card. Your information is handled and encrypted through Stripe. If you’re a Canadian client paying in CAD, you will need to send an e-transfer upon booking to confirm your appointment.

CANCELATIONS


Rescheduling or Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You can reschedule through the booking system or by contacting me directly at (email).

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of the full session fee.

No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your scheduled session without notice, the full session fee will be charged, and the session will be forfeited.

Emergency Situations
If you face an urgent or unforeseen emergency, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling. I will accommodate rescheduling for emergencies on a case-by-case basis. However, please note that this is not an open policy for last-minute cancellations, and I ask for honesty and transparency when requesting a reschedule. For non-emergency cancellations, the standard 24-hour notice and cancellation fees will apply.

REFUNDS


Refund Policy
No refunds are available after a session has been completed. If you are unable to attend a session after booking and don’t reschedule or cancel within 12-24 hours of your reading, I will provide the option to reschedule, but no refunds will be issued.
